Sunray creates a window and door system designed for tropical climates for a high-rise condominium in downtown Manila, Philippines. customer expectation: The customer wanted to upgrade their existing windows and doors with excellent water and moisture resistance to cope with heavy rainfall during the rainy season, as well as improved ventilation, enhanced acoustic performance, and a modern, minimalist design to ensure that the installation process did not interfere with the existing décor. Design solution: We use broken-bridge aluminum alloy profile (6063-T5) with double-layer insulated tempered glass (5mm+12A+5mm), designed with multi-chamber sealing structure and hidden drainage system to ensure waterproof and soundproof performance. As a country with tropical climate, Vietnam has high temperature and rainfall all year round, which requires high ventilation, lighting and shading performance for buildings. customer expectation: The client wanted to use Ordinary top-hung skylights to optimize interior lighting and ventilation while reducing direct sunlight and rainwater infiltration problems in the tropical climate.
