Aluminum workshop:

The total area of the aluminum production workshop is 15000 ㎡. The workshop is equipped with 2 large furnaces, 3 casting machines, 3 heat treatment furnaces, 5 extruders, 1 cooling system, 2 cutting machines, 2 surface treatment equipment, and 15 testing equipment. They work together efficiently. It only takes 1 day from raw materials to finished products. The monthly output is 800 tons, and the product qualification rate reaches 99%.

 

Glass workshop:

The glass factory has an 1,0000㎡ production workshop and professional independent manufacturing capabilities. Its products include LOW-E glass, insulating glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, etc. From cutting of original glass to polishing and then to making different types of products according to different customer needs, there are corresponding industrial lines. The factory has its own factory to strictly control product quality.

 

Assembly workshop:

The total area of the assembly workshop is 11,000 ㎡, with 80 technicians and standard production processes. It only takes 1 day from assembling the frame, installing the sealing strip, installing the glass panel, fixing the glass to testing and debugging. The product pass rate reaches 99%, and the monthly production capacity reaches 125 sets of skylights.

 

Testing Center:

We are proud to be the first laboratory in Hong Kong dedicated to independent quality assurance and testing services for curtain wall and fire resistance systems as well as fire proofing materials in building construction.Our team is led by specialists in the field with doctoral degrees in civil, structural or mechanical engineering who individually hold many years of experience in advanced testing for building structures and fire engineering.

 

Plant technology:

Our team is divided into two major teams, technical and engineering, with a division of labor. The technical team is responsible for profile and glass testing and issuing force reports to ensure the quality and safety of the project; the engineering team focuses on on-site landing and is responsible for measuring and installation to ensure the project progress.
